FAQ's

All wreaths have a felt backing to protect surfaces. *To help preserve the quality of your wreath, it is not recommended to hang them in areas subject to high winds and/or inclement weather. Wreaths are made with quality material, however, fading will occur due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. 

*Coasters are not dishwasher safe. It is recommended to wash coasters, trivets and cutting boards by hand with warm water and light soap.
 

*Apparel should be washed inside out, in cold water, to extend the quality of designs.

Wreaths are securely packaged in large boxes for shipping. Coasters and cutting boards will be a little heavy and must be handled with care. Inventory items will ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order; carrier will determine actual delivery date. Free shipping offer only applies to purchases over $89 in the continental US. Some items will need to ship separately. Handling and packaging supplies are included in shipping cost. 3 twelve creations does not assume responsibility for delays by carrier or customs.

Most custom orders ship within 10-14 days, however, we will advise a more precise turnaround time, according to our wait list, when placing your order. Shipping carrier will determine actual delivery date.

We are happy to include a personalized message in packages upon request, at no additional cost. Gift wrapping is only available on select items for a fee determined by size of item. If you have elected to use either of these services, please let us know at lori@312creations.com.

Cancellations, returns or exchanges are not accepted as all sales are final, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order.
